This was a very last minute costume. I wasn't going to cosplay Tear to Fanime-- just Senel--, but when I saw that *Malindachan was going to bring her Guy cosplay, I decided to whip together this costume. I've had the fabric and wig since 2008, but somehow the costume just kept getting pushed back. I made this all on the Saturday before Fanime so it needs a bit of fixing up, but I was really happy to finally cosplay Tales of the Abyss. I can't wait to do it again!

WOW! Amazing costume!! I just went out and bought the fabric to make my Tear costume but I don't know how to start :( I guess I just have to figure it out :) Wish me luck!! If you have any tips I would be glad to hear them :) Once again, amazing costume! One of the best I've seen!

Tear used to be my second favorite from this game, I always wanted to cosplay her. This is amazing! :D

any one else who's played the game and got the star of malkuth outfit wish Tear had it instead of Natalia. Especially the tropical beauty one. I mean there both fan service girls. Tear for the boobs and Natalia for the slutty-ness/dumb blonde. If you've seen the skits where Anise gets her to believe absurd things you know what I mean(sorta). The difference is Tear's actually useful. Healing circle, innocent shine, fortunes arc, and holy lance. Nuff said. Natalia's kind of just another useless princess character.*makes a sighing Jade face* I say nova's more like, Knives Chau! Both are Canadian. And they're both kinda derpy yet awesome!

That be so awesome. Kenshiro would be a good fit for Lucas lee. And the good thing is you could use your old misa misa cosplay for Envy Adams. You'd just need really a white jacket. Lucas does kinda look like Todd Ingram anyway.
