and I decided to do Lady Loki and Lady Thor to Banzai Con in Norway (along with *twinfools
as our Tony Stark) so here is the first shot of Lady Loki. This costume was actually a lot more time consuming than I had budgeted for since I couldn't find any good scaled fabric and I had to hand draw each scale on the bodysuit with fabric marker. Because of that, it didn't turn out quite how I wanted so I am probably going to tweak it for the next photoshoot. Also, the headdress suffered in the flight so that will have to be remade as well. But, it was great being Lady Loki and the Avengers panel that we ran was fun to do
Hopefully, everyone at Banzai Con enjoyed it!
Myself as Lady Loki from Marvel Comics
The headdress was made out of craftfoam for me by
since I ran out of time to make it myself
The cape is made out of fake fur and attached together behind my back. The bodysuit is made out of green lycra and each scale was drawn on by hand with fabric marker. It took me about 7 hours to draw those suckers on. The black part is fake leather. The belt was also made out of fake leather. There are three individual belts that attach around the back. The gold "buttons" on the belts are made out of craftfoam and gems that were all spraypainted gold. The skirt is a green fake leather with yellow bias tape around the edges. The boots are thigh-high fake leather that I painted gold.
Total time to create the costume: 16 hours
